Return and Refund Policy

At AntEyeCam Custom Phone, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that our products meet your expectations and have established strict quality control procedures. However, if there are any problems with your order, please read the following return and refund policy carefully.


1. Inspection upon arrival
   After receiving the product, please carefully check the following:

① Whether the product is defective or damaged.

② Whether the product matches the order content.

   If you encounter any problems with your order, such as defective products or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at support@anteyecam.cc or Phone/WhatsApp: +17854335914. We will assist you in resolving the problem as soon as possible.

2. Return Policy
   We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the product, provided that the product remains in its original condition (unused and original packaging intact).

3. Return Costs
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of returning it. If you need to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, we will charge a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee applies to all returns, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Product Quality Guarantee
    All products are fully inspected by our professional appraisers before shipment to ensure the highest quality. If there is damage or defect (in rare cases), we will process a replacement for you.

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please send us detailed photos of the problem so that we can accurately assess the situation. Please note that after 7 days, it will be difficult for us to determine whether the problem originates from the manufacturer and may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

5. Exchange Process
   If an exchange is required, we will confirm your order details and prepare a replacement product. If the item is out of stock, we will refund. For defective items that are out of stock, we will refund in full without charging a 5% restocking fee.

6. Return and Exchange Notice
   When returning, please make sure the original packaging, accessories and material labels are in the same state as when you received them.

7. Returns due to customer reasons
   If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong order), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In addition, We will deduct a 5% restocking fee from the refund amount.

   If the item you wish to return has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process your refund within 1-2 days after confirming that the returned item is correct and intact.

8. Refund Policy
   Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used for your purchase. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed based on the amount on your credit card bill. Please note that refunds may be reflected in the next billing cycle based on the billing date of your credit card. We recommend that you contact your credit card company for more details.

9. Situations where returns are not accepted
    More than 14 days from the shipping date, unless there are special circumstances (such as temporary vacation, or we cannot contact you by email or other means).

    The returned product is damaged or stained.
