Returns Policy
🔔Return for Refund:You can return your item for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving it using our money back guarantee. If the item is faulty then we'll provide you with a pre-paid mailing label but if the item is unwanted, we'll ask you to cover the postage cost. We cannot refund postage costs where our returns label has not been used. Once we receive the item your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
🔔Return for Exchange:If you have ordered the wrong item or you would like to have a faulty item replaced, then please get in touch with us. In some cases, where an item is at fault, we will send out a replacement item or component for free to resolve the issue.
🔔If you are returning an item for exchange, then once the returned item has been received by us, we will dispatch the new item to your address using your original delivery method. If the replacement item is different to the original, the difference in price will be charged or refunded to you as required.
